What is your process for completing a project, and how long does it typically take?
Our process involves several steps to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. Typically, the process begins with an initial consultation. Then we proceed with planning specific details, needs, and preferences. Next, we move onto the pre-construction phase where we obtain any necessary permits, prepare the site, and order materials. Once everything is in order, construction can begin. Lastly, and the most exciting part is the final walk through. You will see your project completed and we’ll answer any final questions you may have.
The length of time it takes to complete a project depends on several factors, including the size and complexity of the project, the materials used, and any unforeseen challenges that arise. During the initial consultation, we can provide an estimated timeline for the project based on our experience and expertise.
Can I make changes after we start the project?
We understand that clients may have changing needs and preferences as the project progresses. When a change is requested, we assess the impact on the project timeline, budget, and any other relevant factors. This is called a Change Order. We provide the client with a written estimate for the cost and timeline of the requested change. Once the client approves the change order, we update the project plan and adjust the contract accordingly.
